Athlete Training

Our athlete training focuses on strength, conditioning and performance. Through a combination of circuit training and endurance our programs are adapted to any level athlete. Speed and agility is the basis of our training method and will be customized to each sports needs thanks to our athletic therapist on the team.

Nutrition & Health Coaching

Through a holistic perspective, the nutrition and health coaching services allows you to explore intuitive ways of eating while keeping specific goals in mind. Each individual requires different needs in their lives to feel their best. The concept of balance and enjoying food and life is the priority. Start by making small changes that will result in a larger effect over time. It all starts within, learn more about how you can apply these lifestyle changes through a health and nutrition coach.

Athletic Therapy

Our athletic therapist is certified under the Canadian Athletic Therapists Associations (CATA), with the scope of his practice focusing on prevention, identification, intervention, management and treatment of emergency, acute or chronic musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. Through various assessment methods, our athletic therapist will determine the necessary measure in order to rehabilitate and treat your issues.

Massage Therapy

Bodywork is much more than "just getting a massage". With techniques such as manual therapy, deep tissue and more, Rita will be able to not only alleviate pain but also bring awareness to connect with your body and create more space in the muscular tissue to improve the quality of movement. 

The main goals of the session are to improve posture by realigning structures of the body and enhance its function.
